Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience or office setting experience
- Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift from Tuesday to Saturday
