Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or office setting experience
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
  • Ability to work an eight-hour shift from Tuesday to Saturday
