Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Help Desk Technician to provide customer service and support for operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer help desk calls and service requests
- Implement incident management processes and provide regular status reports
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Tier 0 Help Desk Technicians
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Certified: m365 Fundamentals are highly desired
- Must be a US citizen and pass a background check
