Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Help Desk Technician to provide customer service and support for operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer help desk calls and service requests
  • Implement incident management processes and provide regular status reports
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of Tier 0 Help Desk Technicians
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • CompTIA Security+ certification required
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and/or Microsoft Certified: m365 Fundamentals are highly desired
  • Must be a US citizen and pass a background check
