Lead Security Operations Center Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Security Operations Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Equitable Security Operations Center Detection team
• Ensure security events and alerts are triaged and responded to efficiently and accurately
• Develop and facilitate assessment and training programs for SOC Analysts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity operational roles
• 2+ years of experience in managing SOC Analysts
• 3+ years of hands-on technical Cybersecurity experience across multiple domains
• 3+ years of experience with security operations in public cloud and on-prem environments
