Lead Site Activation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Site Activation Manager, responsible for overseeing trial activation activities and ensuring timelines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activate study sites within project timelines
• Provide oversight of Site Activation Managers (SAMs) assigned to trials
• Communicate and negotiate timelines with other departments, including Clinical Budget Management and Regulatory Affairs

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing high volume clinical study start-up activities
• Strong understanding of global study start-up requirements and Informed Consent Form requirements
• Ability to proactively identify project opportunities, challenges, and risks
• Thorough knowledge of key regulatory authorities and requirements governing the start-up of clinical trials
• B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience) and minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
