Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Administrator to support the organization of classes and sessions for clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual scheduling process and administer course enrolments
- Manage logistics including booking venues, instructors, and catering for classes
- Maintain relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring service level agreements are met
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Experience in an operational, processing, or customer service role
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- General administration experience
- Experience in the learning sector is desirable
