Job Summary
A company is looking for a LMS Administrator/ Clinical Education Administrator to support their Clinical Education team and manage their Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary admin for the LMS platform, managing its functionality
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create and organize online training content
- Analyze course performance data and recommend improvements for learner outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2-4 years of experience managing an LMS and/or developing eLearning content
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Experience with Academy of Mine or similar LMS platforms is preferred
- Understanding of accessibility in eLearning and inclusive design
