Lease Administrator Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Lease Administrator ADS-B Assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer leases for ADS-B assets, ensuring compliance with lease terms
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and negotiate lease terms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective lease administration and resolve lease-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Extensive experience in landlord relationship management
- Professional certification in lease administration or real estate management is preferred
- Experience with ADS-B technology and knowledge of relevant regulations
- Public Trust Clearance may be required
