Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Ancillary Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service small and large group clients as the primary broker contact
- Utilize ancillary benefits knowledge to address service inquiries and manage renewal negotiations
- Oversee the sold case implementation process and maintain service activities in the CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in an account management or service role within a carrier or brokerage
- Understanding of ancillary products such as dental, vision, life, and disability
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational changes
