Licensed Behavioral Health Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Behavioral Health Utilization Management - ABA- URC.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
• Works with the team to resolve complex member issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements
• Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and assists with onboarding and training of new team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience
• License to practice independently or state-required licensure
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred
• Understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services preferred
