Licensed Structural Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Structural Engineer (Residential).
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare data, perform engineering calculations, and write technical reports
- Develop technical specifications, perform evaluations, and recommend designs that meet client requirements
- Review structural designs and provide calculations and plan layout/design development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Structural or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Experience with residential stick build construction
- SE or PE license required
- 7+ years of experience in engineering analysis and design functions
- Strong knowledge of design codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, OSHA, etc.)
