State Licensed Structural Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Structural Engineer (Retainer).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct specific inspections on construction works to ensure compliance with contractual documents
- Review structural designs, construction plans, and related documentation for compliance with local regulations and international codes
- Prepare technical reports and terms of reference for structural studies and designs as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a postgraduate study in Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure, including specific experience in structural design and/or analysis
- Possession of a technical qualification issued by the Technical Board of Engineering and Architecture of Panama
- Proficiency in Spanish; intermediate knowledge of English is desirable
