Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Director to manage and maintain technical excellence across project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and uphold the standard of technical excellence in project delivery and building science application
- Collaborate across disciplines to enhance design and technical processes, ensuring continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain technical policies, processes, and metrics to monitor project performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of professional experience in Architecture and/or Engineering, including 5 years in construction documentation and 3 years in construction administration
- Current Architectural Registration or Professional Engineer license in the United States
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Experience leading technical aspects on large projects exceeding $200M in construction costs
