Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Technical Support to lead and improve customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct business processes to enhance client experience and performance
- Monitor and measure staff performance to ensure high-quality customer support
- Develop and empower Technical Support staff through effective coaching and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years managing a Contact Center Technical Support team or equivalent role
- 3+ years of Development Experience preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Experience in identifying and resolving critical outages and operational issues
