Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator Licensing responsible for compliance-related activities and maintaining licensure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and renew regulatory lending licenses for branch offices and relocations
  • Conduct licensing and zoning research for new locations and submit filings via NMLS
  • Assist with compliance reporting and maintain licensing systems and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution
  • Two plus (2+) years of experience in an administrative role with a compliance, quality, or legal team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient 10-key/data entry skills
  • Must pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit check
