Litigation Paralegal
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Requesting and reviewing medical records
- Assisting with discovery and plaintiffs fact sheets
- Coordinating and summarizing depositions
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in Complex Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive computer and database expertise; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm
