Loadrunner Tools Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an LRE (Loadrunner Enterprise) Tools Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage troubleshooting tasks
- Plan and implement releases, patches, and upgrades while updating documentation
- Manage change and incident tickets following ITSM processes for installations and validations
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
- System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
- Experience with scripting (.bat and .sh) and knowledge of Java and Perl is a plus
- Experience with automation tools and updating/creating/running jobs
- U.S. Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
