A company is looking for a Mainframe Application Support (z/OS) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT incident, service change, and service management processes to ensure smooth IT operations
- Perform problem management activities to enhance IT service quality and resolve issues promptly
- Administer Control-M for zOS applications, including installation, configuration, and integration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mainframe environment
- Preferred college degree
- Working knowledge of IT incident management and service management
- Experience with Control-M (zOS and distributed) application administration
- Ability to understand a large-scale 24/7 production environment
