Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Intake Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workflow from initial referral to scheduling, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage authorization submissions and address department denials to improve processes
- Guide the team in achieving company goals and preparing quarterly KPI reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in infusion therapy or related healthcare services
- Experience working with healthcare insurance and customer service
- Preferred 2+ years of managerial experience
- Ability to perform duties with little to no assistance
