Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Intake Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee workflow from initial referral to scheduling, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage authorization submissions and address department denials to improve processes
  • Guide the team in achieving company goals and preparing quarterly KPI reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in infusion therapy or related healthcare services
  • Experience working with healthcare insurance and customer service
  • Preferred 2+ years of managerial experience
  • Ability to perform duties with little to no assistance
