Mandarin Cantonese Relationship Coordinator
Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Mandarin Cantonese Relationship Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers to address their needs while adhering to internal Service Levels standards
- Create and/or follow up on Long-Term Care (LTC) Leads and Opportunities entered in Salesforce
- Schedule appointments for SHP Intake Nurses, HF CompleteCare Specialist and Intake Nurses, and Entitlement Advocates
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in reading and speaking English and Mandarin/Cantonese
- Member/Customer Service experience
- Availability to work for 8 hours shift, based on business needs, within our hours of operations
- Capability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
