Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mandarin Speaking Bilingual Virtual Assistant to provide patient access support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for Mandarin-speaking patients via various communication channels
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify patient insurance information and assist with pre-authorization processes as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using computers and software applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
