Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Inbound Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 30-40 inbound calls daily from members in a fast-paced inbound call center environment
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions, or interactions, and take appropriate action
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Prior experience managing multiple priorities and using multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior inbound call center or related customer service experience preferred
