Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentor for a Decision-Making and Communications Course for Front-line Workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 guidance and support to students in a project-based online course
• Help students contextualize course content to their work and personal lives
• Facilitate mentor calls and be available for additional student communication as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in front-line jobs such as service or retail
• Experience transitioning from an entry-level frontline role to a managerial or corporate position
• Demonstrated experience and passion for mentoring or coaching others
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week for mentor calls
• Located in the United States
