Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Care (Weekends & Holidays).
Key Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions virtually
- Document patient visits accurately in the EHR and manage transitional care needs
- Coordinate care with other providers and maintain confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant environment
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted license in at least one state and active licenses in three additional states
- Minimum of 2 years of recent, medically relevant Nurse Practitioner experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Proficiency in EHR systems and ability to work independently
