Job Summary
A company is looking for an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) with a NJ License.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee medical care to improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
- Lead daily clinical huddles and collaborate with the clinical team
- Review complex patient cases and develop care plans based on evidence-based care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must hold a compact RN license and an active NJ APP license
- Minimum 4 years of obstetric experience, including high-risk patient care
- NP or CNM with significant obstetric experience and some infant care experience
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in FL and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
- Experience leading teams and using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
