Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative who must reside in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various correspondence
- Document and update all required systems accurately for each work event
- Provide feedback to management regarding potential problems and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate or equivalent relevant work experience
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Good mathematical and analytical skills required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computer skills
