Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for service-related issues, analyzing customer inquiries for resolution
- Complete customer requests or escalate issues to functional teams as necessary
- Maintain a proactive working style while collaborating with team members to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Customer care experience is preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Communications, or Business is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
