Nonprofit Controller
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of finances for a portfolio of clients, including accounting, finance, team performance, and client consulting
- Act as a liaison during audits, prepare audit packages, and implement audit findings
- Engage with client leadership on financial strategies, monitor financial goals, and present results at Board meetings
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and financial management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing the work of direct reports or project teams
- Prior experience in a non-profit organization and in a school or socially responsible organization is required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients is preferred
