Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Performance Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document new governmental regulations and their impact on workflows and processes
- Collaborate with Operational and Client Delivery leaders to ensure successful implementation of governmental regulations
- Create project plans, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports to support project implementation
Required Qualifications:
- CRCR, CPC, COC, CIC, or CRC Certification
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years' experience within healthcare operations
- 2 years' experience within operational area
