Operational Resilience Risk Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operational Resilience Risk Associate to support the development of the organization's resilience framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the organization's Operational Resilience framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Facilitate impact tolerance assessments, scenario testing, and critical service and asset mapping across key business units
- Prepare resilience reporting and insights for senior leadership and regulators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk including project management, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk including project management
- Experience in developing and managing operational resilience programs at large financial institutions
- Familiarity with operational resilience regulatory standards and guidelines
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, operational risk management, and banking industry services
