A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Enterprise Operational Risk Program Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and processes for operational risk functions, including reporting and governance
- Formulate and communicate a strategic vision for Operational Risk Management (ORM) to manage and mitigate risks
- Proactively interact with senior leadership regarding risks, industry trends, and ensure effective audit preparation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years in operational risk or related experience; advanced degrees or industry designations preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of key regulations and laws
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage regulatory relations and exams effectively
