Senior Risk Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Program Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the business unit's risk management framework
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and monitor regulatory developments impacting the organization's risk profile
- Develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks and dashboards for senior management insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience working at a large financial institution
- Risk program management experience, specifically in Issue Management, RCSA, or Control Assurance programs
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to enterprise risk and operational risk
- Experience in using GRC tools (e.g., Archer)
