Operations Consultant Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual coaching to assigned clients, including weekly strategic check-in calls
• Respond to client phone calls and emails within 24 hours on weekdays
• Review and participate in client discussion forums, and contribute to training and development calls

Qualifications:

• Practical experience with managing and growing a small business, preferably a small law firm
• Familiarity with The E-myth Revisited
• Ability to motivate and guide others towards achieving their goals
• Experience in systemizing business functions such as marketing, sales, production, people, physical plant, metrics, and finance
• Strong background in managing profit and loss sheets
