Operations Research Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Research Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data integration projects and serve as an advisor to NASA customer for analytics development
- Collect and organize Human Capital/HR data from IT systems and surveys
- Develop statistical models, analyze data, and create visualizations for effective storytelling and clear communication
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in operations research, data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, physics, computer science, engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- 5-7 years of related operations research or technical consulting experience
- Experience with Monte Carlo and Agent Based simulations, API/Alteryx connection, and constrained optimization
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, Java), computational analysis tools (R, MATLAB), and data science libraries (scikit-learn)
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, and geospatial/statistical analysis tools
