Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partnerships and Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of a remote intervention platform with healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and execute the implementation plan post-contract signature to successfully launch services
- Identify and engage key external stakeholders and conduct necessary education for new stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, control scope, schedule, and cost, and manage risks and issues throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in implementation, account management, or program management within large healthcare organizations
- Strong client management and relationship skills
- Project management expertise
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
