Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships and Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of a remote intervention platform with healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute the implementation plan post-contract signature to successfully launch services
  • Identify and engage key external stakeholders and conduct necessary education for new stakeholders
  • Maintain project plans, control scope, schedule, and cost, and manage risks and issues throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation, account management, or program management within large healthcare organizations
  • Strong client management and relationship skills
  • Project management expertise
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
