Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Patient Access operations, including budget management and planning for registration processes
  • Manage operational metrics and staffing activities to meet departmental goals and ensure staff engagement
  • Enforce departmental policies and communicate effectively with staff and management regarding performance and improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the relationship between admitting, clinical, and financial areas
  • Thorough understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and regulatory agencies
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and operational metrics
