Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Payroll Implementation to lead client onboarding and ensure smooth payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the client-facing onboarding process, ensuring excellent client experience and clear communication of project milestones
- Oversee data migration and synchronization for accurate client setup
- Provide post-implementation support and facilitate a seamless transition to the operations team
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, focusing on multi-country implementations
- 2+ years of experience in payroll implementation and project management
- Experience with data migration and synchronization
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Must be located in North America
