Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Payroll Implementation to lead client onboarding and ensure smooth payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the client-facing onboarding process, ensuring excellent client experience and clear communication of project milestones
  • Oversee data migration and synchronization for accurate client setup
  • Provide post-implementation support and facilitate a seamless transition to the operations team


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, focusing on multi-country implementations
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll implementation and project management
  • Experience with data migration and synchronization
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Must be located in North America
