Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist for the U.S. & Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all client meetings and conduct Payroll Discovery sessions to document client payroll configuration requirements
- Configure the UKG Payroll Module and 401k integrations to meet client needs, ensuring accuracy of payroll history
- Provide client training and support throughout the implementation process, updating project materials for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready, specifically in the Payroll module
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations preferred
- Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
