Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist for the U.S. & Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all client meetings and conduct Payroll Discovery sessions to document client payroll configuration requirements
  • Configure the UKG Payroll Module and 401k integrations to meet client needs, ensuring accuracy of payroll history
  • Provide client training and support throughout the implementation process, updating project materials for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
  • FPC or CPP certification preferred
  • At least two years of experience implementing UKG Workforce Ready, specifically in the Payroll module
  • Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations preferred
  • Experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
