A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee multi-country payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for employees in the U.S., Canada, and Germany, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as the primary contact for payroll in the UK and France, collaborating with Employer of Record partners
• Lead payroll audits, support HR compliance, and educate employees on payroll-related topics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, with expertise in multi-state U.S. payroll
• Strong experience managing Canadian payroll and exposure to German payroll practices
• Mastery of Rippling, including payroll processing and advanced reporting
• Comfort working with EOR providers in the UK and France
• Strong understanding of benefits cost structures and tax withholdings
