Performance Guarantee Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Performance Guarantee - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes for assessing and monitoring financial risk related to client performance guarantees
• Ensure documentation and adherence to performance guarantee processes, while analyzing data to recommend improvements
• Lead the PG team, providing direction, training, and oversight, while managing departmental budget and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience with increasing responsibility
• 6 years of experience in interpreting contractual requirements and managing projects related to quality metrics
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
