Job Summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Platform Systems Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage complex IT projects to completion, including coordination and communication to facilitate success
Provide troubleshooting and support for escalated support cases
Perform proactive maintenance on systems to ensure stability and performance to meet SLAs

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following areas: Storage Subject Matter Expert, Windows Server Platform, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, x86 Server Compute Platforms
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Have a passion for mentoring and IT community involvement
Be highly self-motivated and self-directed
