Platform Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A staffing solutions company is seeking a Platform Systems Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage complex IT projects to completion, including coordination and communication to facilitate success
- Provide troubleshooting and support for escalated support cases
- Perform proactive maintenance on systems to ensure stability and performance to meet SLAs
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following areas: Storage Subject Matter Expert, Windows Server Platform, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, x86 Server Compute Platforms
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for mentoring and IT community involvement
- Be highly self-motivated and self-directed
