PMO Operations Analyst
Job Summary
An organization is seeking a PMO Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage key initiatives, including managing project plans and ensuring cross-functional teams execute tasks per timelines
- Develop content and client-facing materials for strategic meetings and support client discussions using standardized reporting tools
- Coordinate client health review meetings, gather critical information, and produce useful reports/insights/follow up items to elevate insights across regions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as an operations analyst, project coordinator, program specialist, or related role
- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Quick learning and synthesizing of new information to create simple and easy-to-understand documents
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
