Job Summary
A company is looking for a PMO Operations Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the PMO department and provide administrative support to the VP of PMO
- Facilitate and manage PMO document and artifact library, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Compile information for standard reporting metrics and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred
- 3-5 years of executive administrative support or project management coordination/support experience
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite and project management software
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
