Population Health Trainer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Population Health Trainer to develop and implement training programs for their Population Health personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training materials for onboarding and ongoing support of Care Navigators
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to department processes for efficiency and optimization
- Execute the Population Health training program and update training materials in line with current policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or 2-3 years of relevant experience in training and process improvement
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong public speaking, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Experience in performing quality assurance and performance evaluations
- Ability to lead and support others in a collaborative environment
