Job Summary
A company in the AI industry is looking for a Post Call Senior Product Manager to build out next generation contact center AI products with a focus on Post Call Coaching and Insights.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop deep empathy and understanding of the needs of user personas through primary and secondary research
- Own the full product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including defining and tracking key business metrics
- Manage cross-functional team communication with business, design, and engineering to prioritize, design, and define product functionality
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner in enterprise SaaS software
- Proven track record in understanding the needs of enterprise contact center agents and supervisors, building applications that allow users to derive insights by visualizing data at scale, and developing and personalizing coaching plans
- Experience in agile discovery methodology working with UX design and engineering to prototype and iteratively refine product concepts resulting in prioritized, clearly defined requirements
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations
