Job Summary
A company is looking for a Practice Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team on large projects related to training, implementation, and support of third-party products
- Oversight of direct first level telephone support, remote diagnosis and troubleshooting, coordination of service visits
- Design, lead, and monitor all PM/EHR Software Support Team projects and product implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of PM/EHR Software Implementation or support experience
- Team Lead or Management leadership experience
- Knowledge of medical and common cloud hosting terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft products
