Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team on large projects related to training, implementation, and support of third-party products
  • Oversight of direct first level telephone support, remote diagnosis and troubleshooting, coordination of service visits
  • Design, lead, and monitor all PM/EHR Software Support Team projects and product implementations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of PM/EHR Software Implementation or support experience
  • Team Lead or Management leadership experience
  • Knowledge of medical and common cloud hosting terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
