- Create and maintain process flows for the business
- Conduct needs assessments, gather requirements, and document user-experience requirements
Qualifications:

- Capable of problem-solving at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Knowledge in GDS Sabre
- Strong command of the English language
