Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Associate, Process Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives while collaborating with team members
  • Collect data and utilize analytics to provide transparency to senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive issue resolution and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 1 year of process management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management (preferred)
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
