Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Associate, Process Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives while collaborating with team members
- Collect data and utilize analytics to provide transparency to senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive issue resolution and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
- At least 1 year of process management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management (preferred)
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification (preferred)
