Principal Management Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle - Principal Management Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex project work across the health system, including technical analyses and facilitation of multi-disciplinary groups
- Apply various improvement methodologies to support individuals and teams through improvement initiatives
- Develop and teach continuous improvement training and collaborate with team members to meet educational needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience required
- Equivalent industry training and experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of data gathering techniques and process improvement tools
