Processing Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Processing Associate to manage account and invoice-related tasks in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business outsource partners and internal teams to resolve data integrity issues
- Diagnose and solve data issues independently while providing timely feedback to BPO partners
- Track inventory and balance workloads to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus in business, insurance, or technology
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with core business systems and applications is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
