Product Program Management Process Tooling Jira Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Jira Systems Engineer for Product, Program Management Process & Tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify technical requirements, potential problems, and solutions
- Support global admin functions in Jira, including configuring projects, workflows, and notification schemes
- Utilize ScriptRunner to architect solutions, extend Jira functionality, and develop code to interact with various application APIs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Jira global administration and customization
- 2+ years of programming/scripting experience in Java/Groovy
- Experience with Jira Data Center (Jira Cloud is a bonus)
- Deep understanding of Scriptrunner and Atlassian infrastructure
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
